- Reports/copies of relevant MRIs, X-rays, CT scans or any operative reports

Does Boulder Biologics take insurance?
No, we do not take insurance as of 9/30/2023. We would remind patients that stem cell treatments, PRP, prolotherapy, and EPAT are not covered by insurance.
Are you willing to work with people from out of town?
Yes, we often treat patients that fly in from all over the country. There are many nice hotels to choose from in the area and Boulder is a great travel destination.
Does Boulder Biologics adhere to orthobiologic ethics?
