This Privacy Policy describes how Boulder Biologics ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information of users ("you" or "your") of our website, boulderbiologics.com (the "Site").

If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act gives you the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, to access and correct it, to request deletion, to obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of the sale of your personal data or its use for targeted advertising. Residents of other states may have similar rights under applicable law.

6. Data security

Boulder Biologics is committed to protecting your personal information. We implement physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your information. However, no security measure is entirely impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmission or electronic storage.

We use SMS text messaging strictly for logistical purposes such as scheduling and reminders, in order to minimize the transmission of sensitive information. SMS messages are not encrypted. By their nature, these messages carry an inherent security risk and may be viewable by anyone with access to your mobile device. Your consent to receive text messages acknowledges and accepts this inherent risk associated with using this unencrypted method for coordination.

7. Children's privacy

The Site is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.

8. International transfers

Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country in which you reside.
