Clinical approach

How Ryan works.

  • Understanding the injury from your side. Ryan starts with how the injury affects your training, your work, and the activities that matter to you, then works back to the diagnosis and the options.
  • Education first. You leave knowing what's going on, what each option can and can't do, and what realistic recovery looks like.
  • One provider from evaluation to follow-up. Ryan sees you at the first evaluation, prepares your PRP and delivers it under image guidance, and handles your follow-up visits, so the person tracking your recovery knows your case.

Most of our patients are endurance athletes, but Ryan works with everyone, whatever your sport or activity level.

Outside the clinic

An endurance athlete himself.

Ryan races on the road and on gravel, including Colorado events like Old Man Winter, Ned Gravel, Boulder Roubaix, and SBT GRVL. Before cycling, he competed in triathlon.

That experience shapes how he works with athletes: how injuries actually disrupt training, what realistic return-to-sport looks like, and where biologic therapies fit in a competitive timeline.
